Manage Users Tile:
Manage users is the application tile that you use to set up your client for access to the client portal. You can also de-activate, reset, and upload users in bulk.
Lets start by looking the basic steps: Click the tile and
lets set up a new user- your client.
Simply find the household you want and create the new user once the household loads.
You have now added the client as a user. You can send the temp password to the client along with your firms branded login link, or direct them to your firms website.
You next step as an advisor is to click the Client Portal link and enter your clients name or household ID to view the client portal and set up the views you want the client to see.
