We wanted to take a moment to thank you for joining us at Cape Rey in Carlsbad for our annual meeting. We covered a lot of our new technologies and efficiencies which will help to grow your business and enhance your client’s experience.

Below are highlights from a few areas of the conference we want to highlight, along with contact information and resources for you.

Engaging New Prospects & Creating a Rich Experience for Existing Clients:

Hub 2.0

New Hub 2.0 – You should have received an e-mail (may be in your spam folder) with your login information.  If you can not find your password, please email Theresa and she will send you a new one. If you’re having a hard time logging on with your email address try your username, first initial and last name all lower case.

The Hub 2.0 is at https://hub.axxcessplatform.com. It is still in it is beta form and our goal is to have it up and running fully by Jan. 3rd. If you see any errors please contact Theresa or Amber so we can fix them.  This will help us out tremendously.

 

 

Prospect Portal

The highlight of our meeting this year was our brand new Prospect Portal. This site is at http://advisor.axxcesswealth.com .

As mentioned in the meeting, this site is branded specifically for Axxcess and can be recreated to your firm’s branding and specifications. This development and design process will take about 3-5 weeks at a cost of $7500.

Our prospect portal incorporates an integration with Wealth Access (data aggregation) and Hidden Levers (proposal tool) for growing your business beginning at prospect engagement. The data aggregation component is not expected to be live in the prospect portal until January.

Data aggregation is live in the client portal currently. Several steps are required for you to use data aggregation in the client portal, and we will be posting instructions in a separate post on the Hub early next week.

 

 

Axxcess CRM powered by Zoho

The Axxcess CRM was another showcase technology at our meeting. This system will be available for rollout to advisors beginning January 1, 2018. The cost annually is $1,200 (which can be debited quarterly) and includes access to the entire customizable database and unique plugins which allow integrations with the Prospect Portal, the Hub, and many other technologies we provide. Key Orion Tools:

The tools available in Orion help to maximize your effectiveness and communication with your clients within the Client Portal. Utilize Insight, Private Asset Platform, and Wealth Access integrations within the Client Portal. Native to Orion, you can create custom reports in the Report Builder then set up auto-statements to clients through the Deliver app.

Axxcess Branded Client App

Your clients can access their account information and balance from their mobile devices. You will need to activate your client’s accounts on Orion in MANAGE USERS by setting up Client Portal access before your clients will be able to utilize the app.

The Axxcess branded app is ready for immediate use, but if you would like to self-brand the app for your clients is a process and it does take about 3 months.  Contact Theresa at theresa@axxcesswealth.com for pricing and more information.
